Iran Launches A Ballistic Missile at Israel

I am always out there looking for stories that major media outlets miss or pay scant attention to. I have found "smoking gun proof" of Iran directly and seriously attacking Israel.

Let us look at the country of Yemen. It is bordered by the Gulf of Aden and the Red Sea. It shares a border with Saudi Arabia. A map follows:

Yemen has been involved in a civil war for years. Iran backed militias have taken control of the Western half of the country where most of the population lives. Its primary city Sana'a is 2508 kilometers (1,650 miles) from Tel Aviv.

Two days ago, a serious ballistic missile was launched from West Yemen on a trajectory toward Israel. This launch vehicle was much more sophisticated than rockets that Hamas launches at Israel and the more sophisticated rockets that Hezbollah in Lebanon have.

This rocket is launched into space and reenters the earth's atmosphere. I would surmise that it would be capable of carrying a small nuclear warhead. The local Yemeni rebels could not come up with such a sophisticated weapon. Iran supplied the rebels with this weapon. I would also bet that an Iranian crew set it up, set the trajectory, armed it, and fired it toward Israel.

Israel surprised everyone in a good way. The Israelis used a newly developed Hetz air defense system to bring down the rocket. Such an advanced weapons system could, in my opinion, bring down an ICBM armed with a nuclear warhead. Here are the comments from a media source:

The Israeli Air Force said the missile was identified and intercepted by its “Hetz”—or arrow—air-defense system, in its second use since the system was engaged to intercept a missile fired from Yemen this past week.2 days ago
