Yesterday afternoon Elena and I decided to take a hike on the Beehive Trail. This trail is located on a high mountain in the Big Sky, Montana ski area, We were warned by hotel personnel to carry bear spray in case we encountered a bear. I was frightened. Elena was not frightened. We had a beautiful 4-mile hike through fabulous country. We did not encounter a single bear or dangerous animal. Some hikers saw moose. I'm glad that Elena encouraged me to do this.
