Hurricane Helene And Its Impact On The Presidential Elction
This morning, Hurricane Helene is reported to have caused 215 deaths. The number of people injured has not been reported. Another 600 people are listed as missing. The property damage is astounding.
This is a sad tragedy that hit people in rural areas the hardest. These are also the people who overwhelmingly come out and vote for Trump in every election.
In states like Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina the loss of just a few hundred votes could have a big impact on the final election results. The major media outlets are not considering this possibility.
