Saturday, June 18th will mark the one year anniversary since the powerful thunderstorms burned down our Palatine Store. The last year has been challenging, but thanks to the support of all of you and so many in the community, WINGS is going strong. We are so grateful for the outpouring of support and inspired by everyone who helped in so many ways.
We opened a temporary store in Palatine last October located at Rand Road and Dundee Road near Whole Foods in Palatine. If cannot find us, please call the store at 847-963-0861 and we can steer you in the right direction. We are open 7 days a week from 11 AM to 7 PM.
The burned store was demolished last fall, but we still own the property.
To commemorate the day, our van and truck will be at the old site at
756 E. Northwest Highway
(corner of Rohlwing and Northwest Highway)
from
12 PM to 5 PM
to accept donations.
Stop by even if it is just to share a memory of the old store.
