Going Through Hell To Install A Netgear Router

Yesterday I spent two very stressful hours trying to get a Netgear router installed at home. I was on the phone countless times with technical support people in India. The phone would always drop. At the end I got it almost finished but the IP address would not sync. Poor Luah was kept out of her room.
