I doubt if
any of you have heard of an Israeli historian named Yuval Noah Harari. Please
rest assured that the likes of Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, etc. are
familiar with him. They have even been in meetings with him. For those of you

This gentleman got his Ph.D. in history at
Jesus College, Oxford University in Britain. He evolved from being a very
competent historian to a visionary. He has written three major books:

Brief History of Humankind
Homo Deus: A
Brief History Of Tomorrow
21 Lessons
For The 21st Century
He focuses a lot on artificial
intelligence and where we are headed in the decades to come. It is not a pretty
picture. In one simple phrase, he says: "Homoserines as we know them will
disappear in a century or so."
Please do not consider this man as some
hysterical prophet of doom. He is taken seriously all over the world. He is
"the canary in the coal mine" warning us of the dangers we face as
artificial intelligence develops. I will be reading a couple of his books.
