I am always out there prowling for facts and stories that the traditional media misses. One could call Ukraine "a breadbasket." It is projected to export some 24 million metric tons of wheat to the rest of the world. If war breaks out between Ukraine and Russia, 12% of the world's wheat might not make it to market.
